By signing this petition I implicity state my agreement with the petition's primary sentiment, namely that the removal of skill training for characters on accounts that no longer have an active subscription is hurting both players of EVE and CCP, the game's developer and owner. Offline skill training provides an impetus for players who have left the game to return thereby helping to keep net player subscriptions at a more acceptable level. By removing this widely-used facility CCP has severly impacted their ability to entice former players to return. CCP's immediate reinstatement of the previous system, *exactly*, is the only acceptable remedy to the current situation and the aim of this petition.
