Tom Chambers plays the best inspector on Father Brown!
His performance is soulful and has hidden depths to it.
There is no other actor in the series who has gotten an episode made solely for his character (Season 3, Ep 15-Owl of Minerva) or is a better foil for Father Brown!
Could you please vote that he is invited back to the series?

Seeing this level of support for Inspector Sullivan is exhausting but it proves I am not alone in missing his presence on the show. Watching you all rally for Tom Chambers reminds me why I started this fight in the first place.

I'm an American who is enjoying the series on Netflicks. Stop this jumping around of characters and give us our solid, skeptical Inspector Sullivan. Just when he was really getting a real relationship with Father Brown you whisked him away. That was 'criminal'.
I so miss Tom Chambers as the inspector on father brown. Jack Deem is too harsh a character for the role. It's clear the inspectors don't agree w father browns involvement on cases but Jack Deem seems wicked mean & it doesn't seem necessary.
Tom Chambers' Inspector Sullivan is far superior and the chemistry with the other characters so inspired, it makes no sense to replace him with "Mallory".
Tom Chambers was wonderful! The characters of Father Brown and Inspector Sullivan were just getting to a place where they could have been less antagonistic where there would still be drama where their goals diverged--Sullivan in the dogged pursuit of justice, and Father Brown just as doggedly for the salvation of souls.
His portrayal of Sulluvan, a an of letters who happened to be a police officer, allowed such an interesting character to play off of the wonderful Mark Williams' Father Brown. The show was much better.
Please bring Tom back. The new guy is totally irratating.
Bring Chief Inspector Sullivan back to Kembleford permanently asap. He was the perfect foil to Father Brown. Sullivan is good natured underneath his stubborn, by the book exterior, and easy on the eyes as well.

Tom Chambers had the perfect personality and attitude for the role and and formed the perfect but exasperated "partner" for Father Brown.
