Thomas Gibson, who plays Agent Aaron Hotchner, on the CBS series "Criminal Minds" was fired from the show after a physical altercation between him and a producer. CBS should reconsider their decision and possibly come to an agreement about how to not only make fans happy by bringing Hotch/Thomas back, but by making both the producers and actors feel comfortable on the set of the show.
Bring back Thomas Gibson, he is the reason I watch the series. Thomas Gibson was wrong for striking out.It always takes two people to have an argument, we do not know what the other person did for him to react like that. This other person is martial artists and boxer. He could have done something that trigger his response. There were other ways to handle the situation, then sink the entire series.

Though what Gibson did was wrong the show wont be good enough to keep on air especially with Derek just leaving.

This show is the best show on TV right now but to lose Hotch will change everything. This is not so much a show about the criminals but about the team, and you've lost too many important regulars. This will end the show.

Gibson's character Hotch is the backbone of the entire BAU. If he is absent, I feel that the entire atmosphere would definitely change, and I can't see it functioning as well.

No Hotch No Watch, resorting to all the reruns just to see Hotch. Excellent actor and the show isn't the same without him. Did anyone ever hear of forgiveness and 2nd chances?? Bring him back now!!!!!

How is there only 37 signatures!!! Hotch made this show and with just loosing my other favorite actor on the show, Derek Morgan (Agent Morgan) this kills it. I hate how shows and producers overreacted to the stupidest stuff lately and take actors away and try to replace them acting like the fans will just adaptable and not care. Fans get tied to the characters are loyal to them and become fans of not only the show but the characters with it. When you take a key character abruptly it ruins it. Thomas gives it was way too vital to this show to ever let him leave! It’s just not the same without him.
