Don't remove functions because you can't see a way it'll fit in your future builds. Be smart and make old functions add value to newer builds.

I expected 5 star rating to become standard in the web app and the google play app. instead of that, it was removed. nonsense to only have thumbs up to rate my 22.000 songs!!
5 star rating must come back for Google to compete against iTunes!

I am a heavy Google user, and I have invested time and money into rating my songs. Please bring back the 5-star system!

Bring back the 5 star lab, or get a clue. Why would I even have music that I rate with a thumbs down? I want to be able to sort my music by rating and that can't be done (reasonable) with with the thumb rating system .

My whole library is organized with the 5 star system. Back to Itunes, I guess.

This was a cool feature. Now play is giving thumbs up to music that I haven't rated on iTunes

Can't believe this feature is gone. Google provides great services, but too often it assumes that it knows what the users want - when in fact it does not.
