The Gautrain train service has proven to be of great significance to developing a safer, quicker and more cost-effective means of travelling through Johannesburg. So too has the Gautrain bus service which has proven to be outstanding. However, over the last couple of months, amendments have been made to the bus schedule which has resulted in the loss of some central routes. One of these routes is the Highlands North/Waverley/Norwood bus route which could easily generate more revenue for the Gautrain if it were brought back and extended onto the Melrose Arch route.
