Parking at Heinz is a joke and the vibe just isnt there. Miss the days when you could just walk out of the dorms and be at the game. Pitt needs that atmosphere back.
Heinz Field is too big just doesn't feel like a college atmosphere and im 27
Heinz is Heinz, not knocking it. But we need to put "campus" back into football weekends!
As a Pitt student, I love going to the football games. However, Heinz Field does not feel like home. Attendance isn't great as students have to travel across town to get to the games. An on-campus stadium would give Pitt more of a home for football.
Grew up watching football games at Pitt stadium with my dad. One of the best parts of my childhood. Bring it back!
