With school having started, the students have already felt her absence. We, the undersigned, agree that she should return to Massey-Vanier High School to teach her students.

I was checking the comments earlier and honestly my head is spinning because I never thought so many people would actually care this much. It really feels like the energy is shifting now and that gives me a lot of hope for Natalie especially when I think about how much she misses those classrooms.

OMG you must be the most idiotic person out there to blame a 17 year old young man for what happened!!!! Your ever so loving wife (the ADULT in this situation) and mother to your children should have stopped anything he did (let's say you are right and he did the first move) immediately!!!! Being that she WAS the adult! Just because she has pulled the wool over your eyes she isn't on the rest of us parents. She is lucky they didn't press charges because if it would have been my child her ass would be in court. I felt sorry for you and your children that she thought so small of you guys to leave you and run away but after you letter WOW no pity for you. Miss Barr you are a great woman but what you did was WRONG
This petition is not to tell miss Barr she is loved, it's about what happened with a student while in her care....she is the adult and she should have known better. She will never be back at Massey and she should never teach anywhere. I love her also but what made Miss Barr special is everyone trusted her. How can you trust a liar because that is what she did was lie to everyone.
I for one heard stories, although I am one of the last to believe any stories spread around as many people have such a beautiful imagination and most times stories are just that stories. We were not there, we can not judge what really happened or not, only the two people concerned know the truth of the depth of the whole situation. All i know is back when I was a student at Massey Vanier there were many rumors of male teachers having their own sexual fan club that they would tend to and not once did those teachers lose there jobs. Which leads me to believe Rumors stay rumors and unless actually proven different and maybe should be taken lightly instead of spreading something that could be completely false!
We need ms. Barr back! The dance studio is empty without her and is just not the same! Us students need her along with ms.burcombe to make kaleidoscope a success! Despite the rumors and misunderstandings, ms.barr is someone every student looks up to, including myself. I love ms. Barr and believe she should come back to make massey vanier school and dance department a better place! Xoxox
well said Christina... I agree Mrs Barr is needed at that school.. I wouldn't of stayed in school to graduate if it wasn't for her and her susport!!! a lot of kids NEED HER like I did.. love you Mrs Barr!

Seriously Eric. Would you have the same thinking if your 17 years old girl would have had sex during a school trip with one of her teacher? Would you say that's it's all your daughter's fault? You guys should have for forgiveness with humility. You guys should acknowledge that Natalie was the adult in that situation and she was responsible for that child. It has nothing to do with her teaching skill. The problem is her lack of judgment.
