Fire Mr Flynn and hire Lt Col Michael Hunter to fill his position! A man such as Lt Col Michael Hunter would do a world of good (more than he already has) in a position where he could actually help kids who need it versus someone who won’t do their job and has an ego issue, to boot. Lt Col Michael Hunter, God bless you for all that you’ve done and for all we know you will continue to do to positively impact the lives of young people and, as a result, make this world a better place for all.

Put respect back in your school your not doing kids any favors by letting them think rules dont apply to them.School need more men like this to teach kids resect

I worked @ Salem High School and had a great deal of respect for his dedication to the students in the ROTC,as well as, the students in the high school. He was serious about his career with the Marine Corps and brought his experience,knowledge,and respect for his students-he treated them fairly,with much respect,and toughness to let the young men & women know he meant business ! I really hope & pray that Lt. Col. Michael Hunter will be reinstated to his position @ Salem High School - He needs his cadets & they need him back in their lives !

Don’t know the man but teens and young adults lack discipline, school administrators are afraid of parent backlash so they look the other way in regards to student issues way too often to avoid conflict.

If the school fails to take responsibility for their failed actions, the Principal and three Assistant Principals should resign immediately! This is non negotiable. Return LtCol Hunter to full duty as a teacher or better yet as the new Principal!!!

The administration made a mistake in firing Lt. Colonel Hunter. I hope they come to realize that, and to see what he does for the kids, and that they hire him back.
