U should always have some celebration for the students to show how proud we are of the work they have done and the accomplishments they will do in the coming years of high school. Please place it back on for the 2015 class now.

Please bring it back. They need to have that special day of accomplishment. My husband had it when he went there in '83.

I remember my sons having one and I think all students should have the honor of a night like this!

My daughter didn't have one last year and I think it's absolutely ridiculous. I was very disappointed.

I think this is a great acknowledgement of student's accomplishments and should be continued in Y115. I can't imagine students choosing to not have a graduation ceremony.

Eighth grade graduation is a sense of accomplishment in the students eyes as well as the parents! Why take something away that is such a huge positive to children!

Graduating marks a milestone. A sense of accomplishment. Its ashamed the school would consider doing away with it.

I work in Plainfield and there they have the 8th grade ceremony at the high school gym. Why can't this be an option???

This is unacceptable! I had my oldest child miss out on her 8th grade graduation; we next this rectified before my next child leaves 8th grade!! Class of 2015 NEEDS to be celebrated because it is a major accomplishment to complete 9 years of grammar school!
