Rashad West, Southeast High alum who coached the Seminoles for the last two seasons, stepped down Nov. 9, 2017. The move came after the Seminoles had to forfeit games for using an ineligible player, ending their playoff hopes. This error was an administrative error that shouldn't have reflected on Coach West or his staff. We believe Coach West was backed into a corner by School Administration prompting him to resign. Coach West has revitalized not only the Southeast High School Football Program, but also the entire school and alumni network. We cannot allow him to be pushed out of the door because of what we believe to be personal agendas among members of the school's administration. We need your help to keep Coach West as Head Coach and Mentor to our Student-Athletes.
