Bring Back Barnett!!! He was the first teacher i actually wanted to get to know and learn more about what he taught! He is so inspiring and keeps the luling kids going!

I don't care about your politics or your infighting or whatever, this is a matter of pure economy: if you want the most bang for your buck, you want Coach Barnett as your high school Cross Country/Track coach. If you want your school to keep winning and drawing acclaim, you want Coach Barnett. If you want to save your own hides from community backlash, you want Coach Barnett. Moreover, if you want to do right by the students and future of Luling, you want Coach Barnett.

I never had the pleasure to have coach Barnett as a teacher or as a coach. I wish I had over the years. I have heard so many amazing things about Coach Barnett. So many of my friends and family have been coached or had him as a teacher and he sounded like a truly amazing man. So amazing that's when we decided to move we decided to move closer to Luling that way our son could possibly run with him one day. It's very sad that my son won't be able to experience his coaching or his teaching. Not sure if this will actually help but if it does I want to make sure that my name is included. Best of luck!!

Having him as a teacher for biology was awesome, he inspired us everyday in class and loved all of us and wanted the best for us. I would really love to have him back as a teacher and coach.
