Bright red Target sign that faces Clare St and our neighborhood. It can be seen better from our neighborhood than it can by surrounding major streets. It lights up our yards, houses, and invades our privacy. Target needs to move this sign in order to be a good neighbor. Target has 8 signs around their building, would one less sign hurt them?
