People abusing and neglecting animals seem to be at an all-time high lately. Animals being tortured and dragged behind vehicles, beaten and left for dead in dumpsters, and puppy mills where the animals are starving and living in horribly unsanitary conditions. It goes on and on. It seems every week or two there is a new case of animal cruelty appearing on the news.
These animals have been betrayed, beaten, starved and dragged by those they trusted. Enough is enough!
These animal abusers need to face more serious punishment. Harsher consequences need to be enforced.
It’s time introduce "Breezy's Law".
