We the undersigned would request that the GCCF Executive Council put in safeguards to ensure that Registered Pedigree Names of kittens either bred after or prior to the 24 June not be changed by the addition of a Suffix without the breeder of said kitten being notified and giving approval in writing. We would request that this happens for kittens with a prefix and those with a GCCF Prefix alike. Furthermore we would ask that this rule apply to adult cats who are rehomed or re-sold at any point in their lifetime.
