Centerpoint Energy has run a monopoly in the State of Texas for years providing natural gas service. They are perhaps the worst company in the nation for customer satisfaction. The only way to force this company to treat PAYING customers with respect is to introduce competition. The top 5 executives at Centerpoint earn well over 13 million dollars a year collectively.
