Doug is obviously a monster. I remember him from when I was a kid. He was always hanging around the park, and was an oddball. I am actually related to him, and was about 13 years old when this happened. He should NEVER be released.

It would be really scary to think the justice system would release someone who has committed such a crime against a child. With the lack of mental health resources available in our area, I think it would be reckless to release this man back into our society. People that commit these types of crime should be sentenced to death, how is it that they are only given 60 years for the torture, rape, and murder of a child? And then release him in 30 years? Wow! What a failure of our justice system! That is a terrifying thought! Please don’t allow this to happen, can you imagine if he does this again to my child.... or yours?
