As an NHS worker i provide care to the sick, injured and vulnorable always treating the patient as an individual when tending to there needs. As an NHS employee it is a different story. Using the Bradford Factor we are treated as a number a target point a statistic. When ill you are in a way firstly seen as a lier and have to prove that your sickness is genuine. Yes this may weed out those people who are taking advantage, but i feel treats those with a real sickness unfairly. Guilty then having to prouve ourselvs inosent. Should this systemn be used in what should be a caring orginasiation not only to its patients, but its staff.....NO. Please sign my petition to stop this method from being used within the NHS...
