I am sure that all of you have read or come across the disgraceful coverage of the GE2011 as well as prominent opposition figures by TNP. Firstly was the Vincent Wijeysingha coverage where it indulged in wrongful and distorted reporting. and now, its the Chee Soon Juan 'misbehavior' at the SDP rally on Friday night. TNP really wants to live up to its image as a tabloid newspaper or 'dirt rag'. But this coverage of the GE so far really smacks of partisan reporting. I would like to urge all responsible readers, thinkers and citizens of Singapore to send a very clear message to the Editorial team and management of this poor excuse for a newspaper. Have respect for your own intelligence and values! The reporting is crap, the subjects reported on are often twisted to become crap, and crap is what your brain will eventually become if you continue to read their nonsense.
