To all citizens of Trinidad & Tobago

I wish to congratulate the gentleman (Mr.AR) for his courage in finally bringing the source of problem to the country’s attention concerning corruption in the media and how it affected the nation negatively. I'm sorry that he did not continue in his venture, because I saw the remarkable change it brought about to the people, community and villages only because of high ranking person in the present government and the large media organizations that wish to silence the individual using various dirty media tactics. I am a former Minister of the government that viewed the first petition and I'm aware of all the schemes that were plotted by the local and foreign media for the past years. The individual is correct but it goes further. Being a longtime victim of the media for years, I wish to take a stand and let the people know what actually goes on behind these curtains.  I am aware that certain media such as CNMG and CCN TV6 are politically and racially motivated organizations trying to hide the truth of their actions from the public. The fact of the matter is that these journalist have been extracting and exploiting these individual and others to promote the image of politicians, their own type of people (race, gender), their articles, stories, artist, promotion material, advertisements, political campaigns, actors while intimidating and suppressing these people from talking about it. All of these actions are to increase their financial gain through various media engines and circles such as CNN, BBC, and FOX News exploiting and using the efforts of these honest people to promote their own agenda for self interest. Several politicians are aware that the local and foreign media are financially benefiting for the honest endeavors of these individuals but remain silent because they also benefit from these individuals through ideas, work, research that they are claiming as their own. Because I saw the effectiveness of his petition, I wish to continue and encourage other citizens of Trinidad and Tobago to expose the root form of corruption in the media which is decimating and polluting the country and its people and to continue the work started by the individual because it will only bring the necessary change that we are looking to build a brighter tomorrow.

The momentum behind this is undeniable and it proves that people are finally waking up to the schemes pulled by CNMG and CCN TV6. Those hacks in the media think they can keep burying the truth but this surge of support shows that the public is done with their political games.

Corruption is everywhere in this country so why should the media be any different? Sad state of affairs.

The media here is a joke. They only show what the politicians want them to show. Time to expose these people
