I don't think it's fair that they charge those high lease fees. And their service plans are very over priced. Been with Sprint for 17 years
they over charged me on my bills.
No final bill. Waiting 35 then 25 mins for surprising then call dropped! No final bill after a month!
They have horrible customer service! I was hung up on 3 times visited 2 stores no resolution ! I am going to pickett the store this weekend
Eligible upgrade is a joke! Customer service is a joke!! Sprint wireless is a joke!!!

I’m only in two weeks of dealing with sprint. I’ve had major issues with the customer service ppl lying, putting me on hold, connectivity and bad phones with no solution from the sprint support.
