We the undersigned residents of Community of Boldero, located at Westland and 81st Street, OPPOSE the proposed 78 unit development at the corner of Scottsdale and Dove Valley Roads. We oppose the project because we believe the number of proposed dwelling units per acre, 5.6, and the design of the project is out of character with our community, as well as the other communities near the proposed development.
Therefore, we oppose the request to change the zoning to allow the building of this 78 unit development.
