Our kids lives are more important than anything, please move up the date to fix the road.

We travel this road every day taking our kids to Highland Middle School, soon as they move up to Saginaw High School, our son will be walking this same path until he gets a vehicle. Scary thought....

We need sidewalks and lights between Saginaw HS and Western Center on Blue Md Rd to protect the children daily having to walk this stretch of road to get to school.

I see kids walking everyday. It really doesn't make sense. Should have been included in the school plans.

Needed for a long time. Ten years teaching at SHS and it's amazing a tragedy like this boy's death hadn't happened before now

Blue Mound Rd. has sat without attention for far too long. New sidewalks, lighting, and additional lanes north of the high school really need to occur. It's become a major thoroughfare for traffic and not having these things poses a serious risk for children and other pedestrians.

Everyday I drive to work I have feared a student would get hit by a car, now that has happened.

If nothing else keep the grass cut and add more lights

There's a high school and neighborhood surrounding it, I seriously don't understand why there hasn't been a pedestrian walk YEARS AGO.

This has been ignored for way too long. Let's get this done. This area is just not safe for our kids!
