Women around the US are paying taxes for sanitary goods, which are deemed as "luxury items." Only 5 states have banned taxing items such as tampons, pads, etc. On average, a woman pays over $18,000 throughout her life on her period. How is this even considered a luxury?? We dont choose this every month!

If food and clothes, necessities for life, are free of tax, why shouldn't things that we need every month be free also?
Yeah it's RUDE that we get taxed on these things! People struggle enough already as it is.
