It should not be taxed . The whole idea of it being a luxury is stupid. People who feel it is a luxury should go through a menstrual cycle pain simulator. Would be perfectly knowledgeable for them

How is hygiene a luxury item? This is basic health, not a choice. Fix this immediately.
