We the Sapphires of BLC 16 want a new set of leaders for BLC 17. We feel that our current leader has not lived up to her role. She is not supportive, she is not encouraging. She doesn't motivate the team. She is not inspiring. In addition to her lack of being a leader she has been outright rude to several members of the team. Some members feel she is actually abusive toward them. Many members feel that the only time they have had any interaction with her has been negative. 

In addition to this she herself has not participated in the challenges so she is not leading by example. 

This petition is for removal of Sarah from leadership role on the Saucy Sapphires.
