I spent a long afternoon listening to your experiences and the stories of being left stranded on the street are heartbreaking. The drivers who ignore us behind a screen act like we are invisible but your stories prove we are not. I am currently gathering these accounts to present directly to the transit board because this behavior has to stop.

Seeing this grow gives me hope that I might finally get the fair treatment I have been denied for years. It is incredibly validating to know that people recognize how cruel these cab drivers are being to those of us who just want to move through the city.

This happens all the time to my brother in his wheelchair. It is absolutely shameful that they just look at him and drive off because they want a bigger cash fare.

Total disgrace. They are public transport and should serve everyone not just who they want. Stop the discrimination now.
