The growth of this movement has now signaled to the Department of Transportation that the current design lacks public support. I am preparing a formal request for a meeting with the committee responsible for plate issuance to present our argument for the return of the black design.

The black PA D.A.R.E. plate program was a wonderful addition to PA's specialty plate collection. Please reinstate it, as the new, 'plain Jane' version is simply unappealing. Thank-you.
Good luck, Hope you Remember the Racist Joe Biden’s famous quote "If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you Ain't Black," translation, If You Don’t Vote for Me, ‘You Ain’t Black’, So you “ain’t” black if you vote for Trump? That’s embarrassing and a slap in the face to all black voters. Think about that Before You Vote, and again Joe continues with another racist quote, “The reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home was because some black woman was able to stock the grocery shelf.” Question: So why are Black Americans giving him a pass, WHY?

the PA D.A.R.E. license plate was a great addition to our choice of license plates. The program is for a great cause, The new plate is just not appealing. Please bring the black back!
