I started this because I remember how much body paint brought our student section to life during my own Friday nights. The stories you are sharing about your own school pride remind me why this rule needs to go. I am currently working on a formal proposal to present to the board about why these restrictions hurt our community spirit.

Seeing this kind of energy for the student section makes me remember why I spent so many Friday nights covered in team colors. This momentum proves that school spirit is more than just a rulebook decision.

Ridiculous. Bring it back.
my friends and i had our whole outfits planned for homecoming. the ban is super lame honestly.
THEY ARE LITERALLY JUST KIDS SHOWING PRIDE FOR THEIR SCHOOL. Get a grip NCHSAA.
Let us have fun! It is school spirit not a crime.
Are you kidding me? We cant even support our own team now? This is supposed to be the best part of friday night lights.

This rule is way too strict. Half the fun of the game is getting painted up with the student section.
