Seeing this conversation grow confirms that many of us share the same concerns regarding transparency at this institution. It is clear that the lack of clarity surrounding accreditation has affected more people than I initially imagined. Spent 4 years there and now trying to get into gov work is a joke. They need to stop acting like everything is fine.
SO TIRED of the lies. Just tell us the truth so we can move on with our lives.
Had a recruiter laugh during an interview when I mentioned where I got my degree. Not cool.
My masters program flat out rejected my credit transfers because the BJU degree was not regionally accredited. Total nightmare.
They always act like everything is fine but the rest of the world sees it differently. Be honest about what the degree is worth.

I have had to eliminate endless grad school considerations because of the lack of accreditation. The approach of Bob Jones Univ. has been incredibly uncharitable toward its students.
