I spent this morning clearing away weeds at the garden and it was heartening to hear neighbors stop by to share their own childhood memories of this space. Watching people reconnect with this forgotten patch of land reminds me why I started this effort in the first place.

Seeing so many people recognize the magic of this garden feels like a massive step toward bringing it back to life. I spent my childhood playing within those walls and knowing you care about saving this place as much as I do is overwhelming.

I love this place, yet, it is in urgent need of maintenance to bring it back to its former glory.
I went through the garden today on horseback it would be a lovely looking place if it was done up properly :)
We at 1st/14th scout group visit the gardens whilst walking through birchwood and often comment on how lovely it would look with a bit of tender loving care. If we could help, we still have a community week where we help out in the community and this project would be a close to our hearts.
PLEASE get this sorted. It is such a shame to let a nice space go to ruin like this.
Used to play in here as a kid years ago, sad to see it all overgrown now. really hope this happens it would be great for the area.

So much potential. Throw up a play area to accompany it and it would be a real magnet for visitors.
