Hell yeah he should be right up there with all of the rest. Who are the people that makes this decision? Why do they often wait until the person is dead? Show the world how much we appreciate them while they can still see, feel, touch, and know the love we have for them. A dead man or woman won't know this!

Billy Idol has been around just as long as The Beatles. Yes, his music was of a different genre, but his still has a massive following of all ages. After what he has been through, he is still alive and rockin" He must be added!
He is the idol that made the punk to rock happen & brought us all into the 80s, with his amazing attitude in the industry of keeping it truly about a passion for music & everything it means
There is no better time for Billy Idol to be inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He has his autobiography, a new album and a world tour all beginning this autumn! Let's do this!

Billy idol is rock and roll. He defines it. In his music, his live shows, his howl, his sneer, it's all rock. From early chelsea, generation x, to now, he's still rocking. As with other greats his induction to the hall of fame is long overdue.
