Billy idol is rock and roll. He defines it. In his music, his live shows, his howl, his sneer, it's all rock. From early chelsea, generation x, to now, he's still rocking. As with other greats his induction to the hall of fame is long overdue.

Billy is an iconic front man who has surpassed the teat of time. He an Steve Stevens have written and performed some of the most memorable music from the 80's that still is recognized world wide to this day. I have no idea what the criteria is for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame however i would think a performer and song writing musician like Billy Idol , as well as , Steve Stevens should be in the hall along with all the other Iconic and not so iconic performers previously inducted. What are they waiting for? The Music will never die!!!

Hell yeah he should be right up there with all of the rest. Who are the people that makes this decision? Why do they often wait until the person is dead? Show the world how much we appreciate them while they can still see, feel, touch, and know the love we have for them. A dead man or woman won't know this!
