To many students in Holowicki’s classes her passion inspires students to care about world issues and think about how these issues impact them. The kind of education she gives us cannot be found from many other teachers. Despite being ill this year, she’s continued to devote everything she can to us. There is no doubt that she cares deeply about world history and bout each student she encounters. She constantly teaches us to use our voices when we feel something is unfair, and this is our voice. We, as the students interacting with her and being educated by her daily, feel like she was incorrectly evaluated and deserves another year to show her potential.

I am honestly floored by how many people keep showing up for this and it really feels like the energy is shifting because you all keep pushing for her. I just saw the notification and my hands are literally shaking because I never thought we would get this kind of traction so quickly but here we are and it means everything.

Holowicki does not deserve this. She is an amazing teacher and two evaluations should not determine her place at the school. She is a dedicated teacher who truly has a passion for what she is teaching. She is the only teacher I have had that genuinely cares and tries to connect with her students. Please keep her
I typically hate taking history classes, but she made learning about world history easy and fun. She even prepared me enough for the AP test enough that I could get a 4 (my highest AP test score).
I love holowicki, hands down one of the best humanities teacher I’ve ever had. So many good experiences in her class. Discussions were in depth and very intellegently put together. Absolutely no reason to let her go. She’s one of those teachers that people wait years to be with and it’s a crying shame that she won’t be able to influence the lives of any other students after this year.
Mrs. Holowicki has provided me with inspiration beyond that of the educational field. She has taught me so much in life beyond school and I could not ever imagine BHS without her. She continues to be one of my favorite teachers and does not deserve to be let go.
Holowicki is a nice person and a great teacher. She's passionate about her work and cares about her students. She should not be punished for going through a rough patch in life.
I have known Kellen for years and can testify to her character, work ethic, and desire to be the best at her job. Losing her would be a horrible thing to let happen.

I have two Children that have had her. Both my kids admire her and respect her tremendously. In my interactions with her I find her to be an outstanding Teacher and person. Sometimes things happen in our lives we have no control over. That includes getting ill. I would hope that they would try and work with this outstanding teacher instead of trying to dismiss her. Be part of the construction gang not the wrecking crew.
