The wearing of a bike helmet should be a legal requirement in the state of Florida for all ages. The Bicycle Helmet Safety Institute stated that two-thirds of bicyclist deaths are the result of brain injuries due to the lack of a helmet. I plan on sending this petition to The Florida House of Reps and to anyone else whom it may concern.
