Constant service gaps! Cricket is offering the same services as I'm receiving now for $140 less per month and everyone who has cricket raves about service. Cricket uses AT&T towers...if it weren't for owing on one more phone, we would have already switched!

When we moved out of town a couple of years ago, our service wasn't bad. But it keeps getting worse all the time. I can't make calls from my home, even outside. I can't receive calls because no one can hear me when I answer. What am I paying for??? I think I am going to check out Verizon!

The at&t cell phone service is terrible in st.james mo. I loose service and get dropped calls, please fix it

We have 2 phones... constant no service, can't hear us or we can't here them or people who say they call us and we don't show that they called.

Out on 68, my service SUCKS! It drops calls while driving, because I lose all service by H Highway. Right now I only have 2 bars, and I’m standing outside.

Would love to have better service in our area , I shouldn't have to stand out side in the heat to get two bars of signal

We live inside St. James city limits and cannot get service inside my house. We have to go to the end of the driveway to make a call (or receive) or to send a text (or to receive one).

Tired of the dropped calls and lack of service/signal. Takes forever to make a call only to have it dropped immediately.
