Bethesda, Maryland off leash dog park

Consider dedicating a section of the abundantly large park adjacent on Arlington between the library and Bethesda elem so that the least used section farthest from the school is for dogs with a fence as divider and access for dog owners created off edgemoor rd.

Poor babies need a place where they can socialize with their other furry friends and run around. They are part of our lives.
