Dear Victims:
A leading member of the Iranian Rabanout has accepted to submit to the Bet
Din contingent upon a significant number of requests by victims. Even though a
single plaintiff can bring an action to the Bet Din and according to Jewish code
of law there are no requirements to bring a "collective" action, we have agreed
to collect a reasonable number of signatures. We here by request all Victims who are interested in a swift resolution to the Namvar case to sign this petition.

Finally some justice. It has been way to long and these people need to be held accountable for what they did to us.
