Dear Victims:

A leading member of the Iranian Rabanout has accepted to submit to the Bet Din contingent upon a significant number of requests by victims. Even though a single plaintiff can bring an action to the Bet Din and according to Jewish code of law there are no requirements to bring a "collective" action, we have agreed to collect a reasonable number of signatures. We here by request all Victims who are interested in a swift resolution to the Namvar case to sign this petition.
