Petition to the Government of Canada for a Fair Judicial Process to Examine Claims Against Mr. Pejman Jamshidi
We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the Government of Canada—in particular, the Parliament and the Department of Justice—take appropriate action to ensure that a fair and transparent judicial process is undertaken in accordance with Canadian law regarding the claims raised against Mr. Pejman Jamshidi, who has left Iran and has recently entered Canada.
Our collective aim is to ensure that the facts are fully examined and that justice is served. We believe that Canada’s strong commitment to fairness and the rule of law provides a solid framework for an impartial judicial process.
Accordingly, if Mr. Jamshidi is found innocent, such innocence should be officially declared. However, if any wrongdoing is established, appropriate legal actions should be taken strictly within the framework of Canadian law.
ما، امضاکنندگان زیر، محترمانه از دولت کانادا، به ویژه پارلمان و وزارت دادگستری کانادا، تقاضا داریم که اقدامات مقتضی را برای تضمین اجرای یک روند قضایی عادلانه و شفاف، مطابق با قوانین کانادا، در خصوص ادعاهای مطرح شده علیه آقای پژمان جمشیدی، که از ایران خارج و اخیراً وارد خاک کانادا شده است، به عمل آورند.
هدف جمعی ما، اطمینان از بررسی کامل واقعیتها و اجرای عدالت است. ما بر این باوریم که تعهد قوی کانادا به انصاف و حاکمیت قانون، چارچوب مستحکمی برای یک روند قضایی بیطرفانه فراهم میکند.
بر این اساس، در صورتی که بیگناهی آقای جمشیدی احراز شود، این بیگناهی باید به طور رسمی اعلام گردد. با این حال، در صورت اثبات هرگونه تخلف، اقدامات قانونی مقتضی باید در چارچوب قوانین کانادا اتخاذ شود.

Canada shouldn't be a safe haven for people who have serious questions to answer back home. Do the investigation and let the truth come out.
عدالت باید برای همه اجرا بشه. امیدوارم دولت کانادا این موضوع رو جدی بگیره و اجازه نده حقیقت زیر سایه بمونه.

About time someone looked into this. If he did what they say he did he needs to be held accountable. No exceptions.
