This is a petition to stop the placement of an electronic billboard at the entrance of our subdivision Belmont Glen. The board has approved for an electronic billboard to be placed in the roundabout at the entrance that will allow businesses to advertise on it. This can cause potential buyers to decide against purchasing homes in the neighborhood and could decrease home values. The entrance currently is aesthetically pleasing and will lose it's country theme with a bright billboard.

I do not like the idea of an electrictronic billboard in front of our neighborhood. This is home, not the outlet mall.
This is a horrible idea. I wouldn't want to move in here, if I were a prospective buyer, with that crap at the front.
How can we rid ourselves of this disaster of a HOA???

Signage, especially electronic signs, not only commercializes a residential area, it adds to the clutter of the entrance.
