Bee Gardens by Econautics is a community initiative to increase food access in the south end of Beaumont, where 40% of children are food-insecure.
Bee Garden’s vision plan includes: aquaculture; apiculture; fruit & nut orchards; vegetable & herb gardens; rain catchment; phytoremediation; & other progressive methods to elevate the quality of life for disadvantaged populations in our urban neighborhoods.
We, the undersigned, support & encourage the development of Bee Gardens by Econautics Sustainability Institute.

The feedback from our neighborhood conversations confirms a shared desire for more sustainable food sources in the south end. I am currently preparing the formal proposal documents to ensure our vision for these gardens aligns with the logistical needs of the city.

FRESH FOOD FOR THE SOUTH END IS LONG OVERDUE. GREAT WORK!

What an important initiative to help bridge some of the socioeconomic gap by bringing together learned experiences and delivery of nutritious food for many underserved children in our community.
