I have been meeting with city council staffers this week to argue why our backyard hives are actually beneficial for the city environment. Please email your local representative today to tell them you support residential beekeeping. We need to keep pressure on these officials until they agree to change the law.

We hit a real turning point today and the momentum shows that the city is finally listening to us. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three friends who care about local agriculture right now. It is time to email your city council representative and tell them we need updated bee ordinances immediately.

city government has way too much control over what we do on our own land. let the bees live.
MY GARDEN IS DYING WITHOUT POLLINATORS. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
i have space in my backyard and would love to start a hive. let us do this.
people are scared of bees but they dont realize how vital they are to our food supply. hope this passes.
we need bees for everything! let people keep them on their own property. its crazy that this is even illegal.

bees are dying out and we are out here making it hard for people to help them. makes no sense.
