Beau is outstanding man, he works hard, he gets along with all of the crew meaning he gels well with everyone which is a big part of what we do. He is our lead steel, but to see him go would be a big loss for our team.

I have been in the industry 10 years and if you are going to let a hard working employee go for something of this nature that has occurred out of work 3 plus years ago you wouldn’t have anyone left in the industry.
