I live across from Beau Chene and my property floods horribly. We do not need new additions to this area.

I live in the boathouse condos directly adjacent to the proposed development. I am convinced that this, or any other development behind the marina will cause a DENSITY problem of drastic proportions. Today we have no overflow parking. Today our sewerage & drainage systems are maxed out. Factual evidence to confirm these points will be brought forward soon. This development is bad for Beau Chene's future. Also, a good quality, neighborhood marina should make storage available to the boaters therein. The storage area should remain commercially zoned in order to support the Marina.

As a condo owner at 965 Marina Blvd I am totally opposed to any of these developments that are being proposed! My main concern is more flooding to our condos, but also the loss of the trees, wetlands, inncreased traffic, wildlife habitat, and the fact that our water and sewer plants will have to be significantly improved which will raise the dues of all home owners in Beau Chene! There is also the possibility of problems with fire department coverage and increase of our insurance costs!

What in the world is this city council doing!?!? Don't you realize all of these apartments will become projects because high rent cannot be maintained when there are SO many?!? You are turning our beautiful city into an urban disaster--STOP! Whose pockets are getting lined to approve these apartment projects??!?!
