for 7 reasons I am, opposed to the rezoning of the: 1. The roadway is not capable of supporting expected traffic.
2. visitor parking has been a serious issue for many years. 3. The Marina Beau Chene Boat houses extend over the roadway and could be subject to damage. 4. Flood waters will flow from the wet lands though the proposed facility and through the Marina Beau Chene lower floor. 5. The area of new zoning is a wetland which does not have sufficient earth fill to reverse the water flow away from the Marina. 6. Beau Chene as rejected any idea of co-sharing well and sewer services and 7. it is recognized and forewarned that emergency vehicles will not be able to adequately respond because of inadequate property access...this property needs double road access...one stalled car would be make for a major blockaid...insurance rates would be increased significantly.

My husband, Roland Newell, and I are against the zoning request by Marina Beau Chene Associates, Inc. We live in this neighborhood and not do want this new development. This will cause multiple burdens of additional traffic and other long term issues such as drainage and property devaluation. No new zoning!

I am opposed to the Tvhefuncte Bluffs development. We do not need more traffic, etc on Hwy 22.

Did the residents notice the cars that were moved for the small storm we had last week? Add a lot more to these from more condos. The construction will be a nightmare for all in this area.

Hwy. 22 already over-crowded as many other roads in Mandeville are. I oppose these condos in Beau Chene!
