We feel that the proposed BeachClub is of no benefit to South Walton County. It will put too many people onto too small a section of the beach. Traffic, by the County\'s own admission, is already 500+ cars/day over capacity and this Club would dramatically add to those numbers by having shuttles running 12 hours a day. As well as the illegal parking that surely would follow.
We don\'t feel that We need to appease a developer by allowing this Club and thus Sacrificing the Quality of our Neighborhood. There\'s potentially upwards of 2500 people per day that may use this club(Developer\'s Own Numbers) at any given time. We believe the infrastructure cannot support that type of pressure. We feel it\'s out of character for Seagrove or any part of CR30A to have such Clubs.
The developers continue to ignore our concerns while they push for this massive project that will destroy the character of our neighborhood. I have been busy documenting their absurd traffic claims to show the county commissioners exactly how much they are lying to us. Do not let them think we are going to quiet down just because they refuse to answer our emails.

Traffic is a nightmare already. Adding more shuttle buses is just gonna make it impossible to get to work. Bad move.

30A is already a parking lot in the summer. We dont need another massive attraction bringing in thousands of extra people who dont live here.

Ridiculous idea. The roads are falling apart as it is. Stop catering to these greedy developers and worry about the people who actually live here.
