Dear Mr. Smith,

My name is Michelle Hammond and I am the HOA president of The Parc at Cogburn (PAC) Community. Our community is a 19 single family home development established in 2016. PAC is adjacent to the Cogburn Road Park in Alpharetta. There are five homes who's backyards also are adjacent to the commercial property, Lowe’s, located at 4925 Windward Parkway, 30004.

The PAC HOA is sending you this letter and petition to formally file a complaint about the noise at Lowe’s. Our community has been dealing with the loud noises for several years and it's most annoying between the hours of 11 pm and 6 am.

Our community has made several attempts to alleviate the problem, such as notifying the general manager of Lowe's and contacting the town of Alpharetta non-emergency police to log individual complaints. Unfortunately, the loud noises continue to persist. Thus, we find it necessary to bring this matter to a person of authority. I believe that the problem will be addressed effectively with your help.
