This is such a useful resource and well regarded by locals and very necessary for tourists, and Wales badly needs tourism.

As a member of The Neath Walking Club who regularly use the facilities within the BBNP i am very concerned that the proposals to close/downgrade these facilities would have a detrimental effect on the number of visitors to these areas of outstanding natural beauty.

There are always lots of people visiting the Libanus centre when I've been there. How we able to attract visitors to our beautiful countryside if no local information is available to them? PLEASE KEEP THEM OPEN.

The Brecon Beacons is a major tourist attraction in Wales to close the information centres would result in losing all the knowledge of very well informed and helpful staff which no amount of leaflets can provide.

This will be a travesty if the centres are closed and will deprive not only walkers but non walkers of the beauty and surrounding interests in the National Park, as well as depriving people of the jobs they love and affecting local businesses. Please think and think again before this is allowed to go ahead and listen to the general public who would not want this to happen!

We visit the centre for the facilities it offers - not for a cup of tea.(although we occasionally use the tea rooms while we are there). I doubt we would visit if it was only a tea room!

Closing this facility would be a shame. Ive stopped by for tea and cake, dark sky and astronomy lessons, and with less able family members.
