I would like to see various options for how money could be saved as this is probably the last option I'd choose. Is there a consultation process for this?

I cannot believe that you are proposing to close this wonderful and informative visitor centre. I came here with my parents and then took my children there. It will be a great loss to education and understanding and I ask you most sincerely to keep this site open in its entirety

If a few more multinationals started paying corporation tax there' d be enough extra national income to avoid the need to close such facilities. Or would there???

This is such a massive shame. An end to a great resource for this area.

Short sighted decision to remove such an important asset at the interface between the public and the Park. Surely there could be more savings from back office or top officers salaries.

This is ridiculous, where do people go to find out local information?!?! Brecon Beacons is built around tourism, but where will tourists go for information? Can't blame people not visiting wales really as such short sighted government, not everyone has access to internet & want to speak to a person for advise on where to visit. We are so behind the times in Wales!!!

Very short-sighted . Surely the amenity encourages tourism which, these days, is a major funding source . Its educational function should be protected under the Park's statutory purpose and duty .

The BBNP Visitor Centre is a wonderful asset. It is certainly an attraction in itself. It will be a great loss to the Park, the local economy and tourism in the Beacons.

Can't believe this, please don't allow this to happen, the information available at the visitors centre is so important to the many tourists that visit Brecon and for the casual walkers.
