Don't let it be just memories as I have taken my children there and I would like to be able to visit in the Future with my grandchildren....

What a terrible idea, I've spent many happy hours there, it would be a great loss!

A long term plan to a short sighted problem. This is not the right solution. It will create more problems than it solves. Please look at this and find an alternative that actually addresses the issues that are currently problematic.

Please do not shut this amazing visiter attraction. It's only through information centres like this that people like me can learn about our country side , workshops and history. It holds a Wealth of knowledgable people and materials that benefit the nature reserve. Shurly there can be other projects and events held at this site that will benefit the torest industry making this a jewel in Wales. Keep it open we need it. Wales needs it

It would be a shame to loose such a beautiful historic place because so many people go and love the place

I think this would be a bad idea, the information centre is used by many people and especially tourists to gain information on the area.

as a retires employee pf the mountain centre I am surprised o see the announcement of closure it needs a bit if modernising (especially tea room) but it should not close.

Ridiculous short sighted management from the BBNP (again), another cut to the actual services they deliver that attract people to the area and aid the rural economy... no cuts in the ivory tower department as usual

I worked for bbnp many years ago, saddest news I've heard. I can think of many managers that should go before this beautiful place if there is need for budget cuts!

I love this place and so do my family. for years i,ve been disabled but this visitors centre has been my way of enjoying the brecon beacons within the constraints of my physical ability. my children have grown up going here.

It's very short sighted to close the visitor centres our visitor figures are increasing at CRiC proving that visitors need and enjoy face to face contact with people who are passionate about the area. That's what keeps them coming back.

Really horrified to hear of this proposed closure. Since moving to Wales 10 years ago I have visited the information centre and attended courses on numerous occasions. I have also taken friends and family there who have visited from England and found it fascinating . This closure would be a terrible mistake and be detrimental to the education of many generations to follow. Wales needs to fight for the future this excellent public amenity.

Once one closes it will start a domino effect. Keep our beautiful parks (& all that goes with them) with the care & respect they deserve.

Many thanks, i am a volunteer for the park and will do what i can to keep things as they are.....i also believe some investment and intelligent thinking could bring in more money for the park. They are having to make cuts due to 5 % reduction in funding when over the bridge their national parks habe been protected from cuts. I hope you can help spread the word. You certainly have a bigger stage than myself or the staff.

Without the visitor centre it would be very difficult to access the park.

Would be awful if these sites close.
