This visitor centre is really welcoming and useful and there isn't another one I've visited quite like it. Please keep it open.

Loved going to our local mountain centre as a family from a young age! Would have a massive impact on the tourist industry if it closes!!

Stop spending the little money that goes to National Park Authorities on running a Planning department that could easily be provided by the county councils and spend it on conserving the Park's environment and providing opportunities for people to appreciate and enjoy it.

Closing centres is a lazy response to financial pressures

People like to discover things about our country side and like to talk to a human being machines are not a replacement and they can prove worthless if they breakdown and they do! Let's not loose the people who bring tourism to our country side

I have brought many GCSE students to this Centre from Caterham in Surrey over the years as it provides excellent facilities and resources. One of the aims of a National Park Authority is to enable visitors and residents to learn about and respect such an environment. There are similar Centres in most other National Parks in the UK and The Brecon Beacons N.P would be the poorer if such a facility were to be lost. These centres are pivotal in getting people out into the countryside especially those who are not the usual outdoor types -people from the towns and cities.

This is a wonderful facility and really attracts tourists to the area. It means that those who are less able can still have a wonderful view of the mountains. The activities I have attended over the years such as outdoor theatre and stargazing evenings have been outstanding. Shame on BBNP for even thinking about a closure!

I believe that the visitor centre should continue to be funded as it is part of the attraction of making a visit. Closing it would be a foolish and blinkered decision, Mumbles lost it's tram and line which is a decision now known to have been the wrong one much to the detriment of the local economy and tourist trade.

The short term saving would be vastly out-weighed by the long term loss. Please value Brecon Beacons National Park.
